Job description
- Hands on experience in Design, Product Development and Testing of Power Electronics Products.
- Should have good Expertise in Various Switching Topologies like Fly-back, Forward, Half/Full Bridge, A/C to DC Smps
- Should have thorough knowledge about Power Electronic Devices like, BJTs, Power MOSFETs, IGBTs, Schottky Diodes, etc.
- Should have experience in handling Test & Measure equipment like DSOs, Power Analyzers, Electronic Loads etc.
- Knowledge about Analog and Power Circuit design, MOSFET Drive circuits, Control ICs, and other Passive Devices etc.
- Understanding about design of high frequency magnetic like Ferrite Transformer design, Ferrite inductor design etc.
- Develop manufacturing documents including Test procedures, Assembly instructions, Drawings, Preparation of APQP Docs, DVP, FMEA..To Prepare Project Documentation for Audit.
- Should have sound knowledge about EMI/EMC/Safety, Thermal concepts and Design Techniques in Power electronics in circuits.
- Should understand PCB layout concepts and techniques for Power and Digital circuits. Knowledge about Thermal Design of Transformers, Heat sinks and Power devices.
- Involve in finalization of product specifications and applicable standards
- Involve in selection of components and ensure the parts availability for assembly
- Develop pro-types and establish the test procedures for the products
- Verify & Validate the product in-compliance with the customer requirements
- Involve in environmental tests and ensure the product compliance with the standards
Salary will be as per candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Experience in Microcontroller firmware development
– Must possess very strong knowledge in C
– Must have experience working on MCU protocols such as UART, CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, WiFi, Bluetooth etc.
-Hands on experience in debugging tools, Analog and digital circuit design, Microcontroller interfacing circuit design
– Must have experience in Device Driver, Application development for Microcontroller IOT
– Must have knowledge in understanding microcontroller, microprocessor architecture, electronics circuit design analysis & H/W peripheral
– Design, develop, algorithm to write the code, test and debug system software on multiple tools (ST Chipset, Mocrochip, Rensas, TI, Atmel, Arm Processor.)
– Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.

Responsibility
- Understand Project / Work Scope, deliver quality output / deliverables to meet the expected schedule and timeline
- PCB Designing and related Activities Ensuring quality of release of Gerbers, Bill of Material and drawings.
- Generate and maintain PCB specifications Ensure PCBs are Designed for Manufacturability and Testing
Technical skill experience:
- Experience in up to 4 layer PCB Designing, Stack up derivation, Constraint setting, library development, Schematic creation by using Altium tool.
- Experience in Footprint/Library creation, BOM creation and updating
- Prepare both electrical and mechanical drawings and/or bills of material (BOM), for use during the production release of new products.
- High speed signals routing experience such as UART,USB, Ethernet, I2C,CAN,LIN etc
- Proficient in Gerber data preparation
- Good to have hands-on experience on signal integrity
- Knowledge about EMC/EMI will be a plus
- Experience in CAD tool Altium & CAM 350.
Experience- Minimum 3 to 5 years
